Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and business continuity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
Handle field sales activities, including client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Oversee distribution and marketing activities as required.
Manage and guide the sales team (where applicable) to ensure productivity and performance.
Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
Strong knowledge of direct sales, field sales, and distribution sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development.
Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates.
Age between 24 to 40 years.
Willingness to travel and work in a field-sales environment.
