The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, pitching, and closing digital marketing clients. You will work closely with the marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure consistent revenue growth and high-quality client onboarding.
This role suits a high-energy sales professional who understands digital marketing and can independently manage the full sales cycle.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and partnerships.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
Conduct client discovery calls, pain-point analysis, and digital diagnostic assessments.
Pitch Fast Rankings services including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, and full-stack digital packages.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service recommendations tailored to client goals.
Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Ensure seamless onboarding by coordinating with operations, digital marketing, and SEO teams.
Follow up with clients to track satisfaction, upselling potential, and retention.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure promises made during sales align with execution.
Provide client feedback to marketing and strategy teams for continuous product improvement.
Share weekly reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and performance.
