Audit calls and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide feedback and support performance improvement.
Maintain QA reports and performance scorecards.
Coordinate with operations and training teams for quality enhancement.
Graduate with 23 years of QA experience (BPO/Telecom preferred).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
