We are looking for - Quality Analyst

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Location: Hyd, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai

Technical/Functional Skills

• Knowledge in MDM testing (Reltio, Informatica, or similar platforms)
• Good understanding of MDM concepts – entities, attributes, hierarchies, survivorship, match/merge
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test data preparation
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and data comparison tools

Roles & Responsibilities-

The Quality Analyst – MDM will be responsible for validating and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role involves testing data models, integrations, match/merge logic, and data quality rules to ensure the delivery of clean, consistent, and trusted master data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and data validation scripts for MDM applications
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for MDM workflows
• Validate data quality rules, match/merge logic, and survivorship configurations
• Test data integrations between MDM and source/target systems
• Perform data reconciliation and ensure accuracy of golden records
• Document and track defects; collaborate with MDM developers and business analysts for resolution
• Participate in UAT and support performance testing when required

Generic/Preferred Managerial Skills -

• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Java, and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to Agile/SAFe, JIRA, and DevOps pipelines
