Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Acceptance, UI, and API testing.
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira and TestRail.
Execute performance and load tests when required.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in UAT and ensure product readiness before release.
Perform basic SQL queries for data validation.
Follow Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Maintain clear documentation of test results and quality insights.

Requirements

2–4 years of QA or software testing experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman).
Basic SQL skills for database validation.
Familiarity with test and defect management tools (Jira, TestRail).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
