Role & responsibilities Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with employees, SPOCs, peers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Vendor Management: Oversee cab vendors for quality, consistency, and SLA compliance through structured reporting. Fleet Quality Control: Ensure vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, licensing, and driver conduct standards. EHS & Emergency Response: Ensure EHS compliance, especially for female staff; handle emergencies and accidents. Route & Cab Allocation: Use MoveInSync to plan cost-effective routes as per shift requirements. Communication: Maintain two-way communication to avoid missed pickups. Escalation Handling: Address real-time issues such as service failures or missed pickups. Cost Management: Monitor and control transport costs while maintaining service quality. Reporting: Generate OTA/OTD, No Show, and other client-required reports. Coordination: Work closely with the Centralized THD and Tracking teams. Hands-on experience with EV fleet operations, SLA monitoring, and vendor governance. Operational Excellence: Ensure 24/7 seamless transport at all sites. Act as SPOC for all transport matters. Monitor vehicle/driver availability, EV ops, and DSR accuracy. Financial & Compliance Oversight: Track monthly transport spends, ODC, and budget alignment. Manage invoice validation and ensure legal/audit compliance. Team & Vendor Management: Lead daily ops with teams and vendors; conduct regular reviews and training. Reporting & Client Communication: Share daily/monthly reports; attend review meetings and manage escalations. Quality, Safety & Incident Management: Support audits, conduct RCA/CAPA for incidents, and act on feedback. Strategic & Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to QBRs, cost-saving initiatives, and vendor evaluations. Monitor Transport PO, KMS validation, and productivity metrics across locations. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline Experience Min 2 to 7 years of managing transport for minimum 400 to 500 employees in a Corporate environment, BPO etc. Good knowledge of Excel is a must Good communication in writing and speaking English & Local Language. Knowledge/Experience in MoveInSync or any other transport automation tool is preferred. 6 days Working Willing to work in Rotational shifts

Process Training: • Conduct comprehensive process training sessions for new hires and existing employees. • Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with current processes and business requirements. • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback. • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and address performance gaps. Communication Skills Development: • Deliver communication skills training focusing on clarity, tone, and effective customer interaction. • Provide coaching on accent neutralization, pronunciation, and grammar. • Utilize blended learning methods, including online and offline tools, to enhance training effectiveness. • Monitor and assess communication skills during training sessions and provide feedback. Training Program Management: • Design, develop, and execute training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and assessments. • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during training sessions. Continuous Improvement: • Participate in process audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement. • Propose and implement actionable solutions to enhance training programs and operational performance. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience as a Process and Communication Trainer in a BPO environment. • Proven expertise in process training and communication skills development. • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles. • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools. • Certifications in relevant training programs or methodologies are a plus.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
