Role Overview: We are expanding our Remote Operations Team to enhance global support for our CHP units. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India , this role supports 24/7 remote monitoring, control, and technical support for our biomass CHP systems in collaboration with teams in Germany, the UK, and Japan. This position is vital to maintaining system reliability and performance through continuous monitoring and troubleshooting, both remotely and occasionally on-site. It requires adaptability, technical skills, and commitment to rotational shifts, including weekends. Key Responsibilities: A. Remote Monitoring and Control: a. Use advanced remote monitoring tools to assess biomass CHP unit performance worldwide. b. Detect and address anomalies, inefficiencies, and other issues in real time, optimizing system performance through data-driven insights. c. Implement corrective actions remotely to maintain the smooth operation of systems and ensure minimal downtime. B. Technical Support: a. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for on-site maintenance and commissioning teams via hotline, messaging, and email. b. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the mechanical, electrical, and control systems within CHP units. c. Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation , including operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. C. On-Site Support: a. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of containerized CHP units as required. b. Train and guide local service staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle equipment with efficiency and according to best practices. c. Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and enhancements, implementing new technologies to advance operational efficiency. D. Continuous Improvement: a.
