Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Transport Logistics Executive to ensure seamless and timely delivery of goods to our Q-commerce and E-commerce partners. You'll play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain using 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and ensuring Qcom partners receive orders efficiently to meet stringent delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: Q-Commerce Mother Hub Coordination: Plan and execute JIT appointment generation through vendor portals of Qcommerce platforms factoring in 3PL TATs. Facilitate smooth communication between 3PLs and mother hubs to ensure quick turnaround times at receiving docks. 3PL Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate with 3PL partners for continuous tracking of vehicles and goods delivery for both middle-mile and last-mile operations. Monitor and manage the performance of multiple 3PLs, ensuring adherence to KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality. Proactively identify and resolve any transit-related issues or delays with 3PL providers. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient transportation plans, optimizing routing and load planning to minimize costs and transit times. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, warehousing) to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch. Act as the primary point of contact for all transport-related issues and escalations concerning Q-commerce mother hubs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-7 years of progressive experience in transport logistics, with a strong focus on middle-mile and last-mile delivery, and 3PL management. Experience in managing logistics for e-commerce or Q-commerce operations, specifically involving mother hubs/dark stores is a definite plus . Decent computer skills for operating various vendor portals of Qcom partners and MS office tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.

Job Title: Lead Generation Associate Role Overview As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be the frontline voice of RIO InnoBev, playing a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective and existing customers over the phone, skillfully generating qualified leads, gathering valuable feedback, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Explain products, promotions, or services and answer customer inquiries. Gather customer information and update databases accurately. Follow call scripts while retaining a natural and helpful tone of voice. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or promotions. Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call targets or conversion goals. Handle customer complaints or problems and escalate when necessary. Provide an excellent customer experience with professionalism and patience. Record all call details and outcomes in the CRM or relevant database. Maintain a high level of compliance with data protection and communication regulations (like Do Not Call lists). Qualifications Higher secondary education or a Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of proven work experience in outbound calling & lead generation. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & English with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully and maintain a positive attitude. Eagerness and ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of RIO InnoBev's product portfolio, brand messaging, and target audience, and effectively convey this information to prospective clients. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and phone systems. This role will be instrumental in supporting RIO InnoBev's rapid growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from requisition to offer, for all roles across the organization. Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions at all levels: Senior, Mid, and Front-line. Recruit for a wide range of departments and functions including Admin, Accounts, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics, Stores, Production/Manufacturing, Quality Control, Marketing, and Sales. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus placements. Generate & maintain updated database of relevant Institutes & coordinate with placement coordinators for intern hiring. Oversee and manage employee on-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Support employee engagement initiatives as and when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Qualification & Skills: Graduate / Post-graduate - Any. Proven experience of min. 2 years in end-to-end talent acquisition. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles, including corporate, sales, and manufacturing positions. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
