Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting RIO InnoBev's rapid growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from requisition to offer, for all roles across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions at all levels: Senior, Mid, and Front-line.
  • Recruit for a wide range of departments and functions including Admin, Accounts, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics, Stores, Production/Manufacturing, Quality Control, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus placements.
  • Generate & maintain updated database of relevant Institutes & coordinate with placement coordinators for intern hiring.
  • Oversee and manage employee on-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives as and when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate / Post-graduate - Any.
  • Proven experience of min. 2 years in end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles, including corporate, sales, and manufacturing positions.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
