Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions across departments such as R&D, QA, QC, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Identify hiring needs by coordinating with department heads and understanding role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards during the recruitment process.
  • Support HR team in additional tasks such as employee engagement, attendance, HR operations, and training coordination, when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
