Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales through innovative digital strategies. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign ManagementPlan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions. Create A/B testing strategies for better performance. 2. Social Media & Content MarketingDevelop and execute content calendars for social media platforms. Grow brand visibility and engagement through reels, posts, stories, and ads. Collaborate with designers and video editors for impactful creatives. 3. SEO & Website ManagementPerform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website content for higher search rankings and organic traffic. Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and improve site performance. 4. Email & Automation MarketingPlan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, offers, drip campaigns). Use automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) for lead nurturing. 5. Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze KPIs across all digital platforms. Prepare performance reports and provide insights for management decisions. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Social Media Ads. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools (preferred). Excellent content writing and communication skills. Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability. Ability to manage budgets and deliver results under deadlines. Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Marketing / Business / Digital Media (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
