The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the entire app lifecycle—from concept, design, coding, and testing to deployment, scaling, and maintenance. The candidate must be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring high-performance, user-friendly, and secure applications. Key Responsibilities1. Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy mobile apps (Android & iOS) using frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Native (Java/Kotlin/Swift). Build and manage backend systems & APIs (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar). Ensure smooth integration with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services. 2. UI/UX & Front-EndDevelop responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional apps. Optimize apps for performance, speed, and minimal resource usage. 3. Database & Cloud ManagementDesign and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.). Deploy and scale applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Firebase). Implement data security, encryption, and backup protocols. 4. Testing & MaintenanceConduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Ensure apps are bug-free, secure, and compatible with multiple devices/OS versions. Provide ongoing support, updates, and feature enhancements. 5. Team & Project CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, product, marketing) to deliver projects on time. Follow agile development practices (Scrum, Jira, GitHub). Document processes, workflows, and code for future scalability. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of mobile app frameworks: Flutter, React Native, Native Android (Java/Kotlin), Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C). Expertise in backend technologies: Node.js, Django, PHP/Laravel, or similar. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API development. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for apps. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end projects. Qualifications & ExperienceB.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent. 3–8 years of proven app development experience (portfolio required). Experience in building and publishing apps on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
