It is a joint project between the Rescons-IISc-CSIRO (Australia). Who We’re Looking For : A Ph.D. holder in Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Environmental, Energy Science or related fields. Proficient in operating fixed bed gasifier. Good experimentalist. Excellent problem solving attitude. Good knowledge of multiphase flows and ASPEN plus. Desirable Skills : An academic spirit, eager to explore and publish. · Experience in performing the experiment on gasifier. Knowledge of physical modelling along with analysis of data would be advantageous. · Working knowledge of Techno-economics and environmental challenges · Experience with reactor design, emission control strategies, and pilot-scale setups will be advantageous Other information: The consolidated salary for Research Associate I will be between Indian Rupees (INR) 65,000.00 and 80,000.00 per month.
