Key Responsibilities: Drone pilot certification (DGCA or equivalent) is a strong plus (fixed wing and multirotor) Assist in the procurement of components, tools, and materials. Perform mechanical work including fabrication, fitting, and assembly of mechanical systems. Carry out soldering and basic electronics assembly for drones and test rigs. Support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of drones and related systems. Operate workshop tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and 3D printers. The selected candidate will focus on the development and application of physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) for solving forward and inverse problems in acoustics, including time-harmonic and time-domain wave propagation, impedance characterization, and boundary value problems. Key Responsibilities Develop robust and scalable PINN architectures for simulating acoustic wave propagation in 1D, 2D, and 3D geometries. Formulate physics-constrained loss functions using the governing equations of acoustics (e.g., Helmholtz and wave equations). Implement boundary conditions including Dirichlet, Neumann, and Robin types for complex domains. Collaborate with team members on high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-accelerated implementations of the models.
