Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR management for the Group. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and act as a strategic partner to management.

You will be responsible for recruitment, HR generalist activities, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee communication, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.

2. HR Generalist & Operations

  • Oversee daily HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS data accurately.
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed consistently.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new joiners.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, induction, and introductions.
  • Manage exit formalities, clearance, exit interviews, and feedback tracking.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timelines are met.
  • Support management in setting KRAs/KPIs and tracking performance.
  • Analyse performance data and share insights to support decisions and improvements.

5. Employee Communication & Engagement

  • Drive clear, transparent, and professional communication with employees.
  • Support management in implementing engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.

6. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Verify attendance, leaves, and variable components for payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive role.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HR policies, payroll coordination, employee relations).
  • Excellent spoken and written English – must be able to draft clear, professional communication and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
