Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to support our operations in India and the broader APAC region. This role will align HR strategies with business objectives, manage regional HR operations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.

Collaborate with senior stakeholder to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
Lead employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal policies.
Support organizational changes, including restructures, onboarding, and offboarding.
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts.
Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure employee development.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Maintain HR audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support HR operations across countries including India, SEA region, etc
Support the implementation and onboarding of HRIS systems across the region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
