Key Responsibilities: Monitor the entire OEM factory process including incoming material inspection, production processes, and final product testing. Verify that the specifications and manufacturers of raw materials used by the OEM factory are consistent with the CSI BOM. Oversee product supervision during production, final product inspection, and shipment supervision. Review process documents such as soldering parameters (e.g., stringer temperature, lamination time) and EL testing standards to ensure compliance. Supervise the execution of reliability tests such as PID testing and damp heat cycling at the OEM factory. Provide the latest BOM, SIP, SOP, and drawings to the OEM factory. Proficient in using analytical tools to quickly analyze typical issues like lamination bubbles. Establish a rapid response mechanism (on-site resolution of urgent quality issues within 2 hours). Lead and follow up on 8D reports when major issues occur at the OEM factory. Track daily production progress. Compile and report daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Responsible for communicating the monthly production plan for OEM products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum of 3–5 years of engineering experience in the quality or technical department of a PV module factory, with at least 3 years in the solar industry. Proficient in EL/IV curve testing, CTM calculation methods, and EVA crosslinking degree testing. Skilled in data analysis to identify and resolve issues quickly. Familiar with India’s BIS certification process and local labor laws. Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in Gujarati preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian tolling regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in setting up factories in India or Southeast Asia is a plus. Show more Show less
