Supervise the execution of reliability tests such as PID testing and damp heat cycling at the OEM factory. Provide the latest BOM, SIP, SOP, and drawings to the OEM factory. Proficient in using analytical tools to quickly analyze typical issues like lamination bubbles. Establish a rapid response mechanism (on-site resolution of urgent quality issues within 2 hours). Lead and follow up on 8D reports when major issues occur at the OEM factory. Track daily production progress. Compile and report daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
