Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to manage end-to-end HR operations and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR expertise and experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in start-ups or career-focused industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future growth.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Manage HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy compliance.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; drive initiatives for motivation and retention.
Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
Support leadership in manpower planning, organizational development, and team-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA in HR is a must.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, and talent acquisition strategies.
Hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Start-up experience or exposure to career-focused industries is a plus
