HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee and execute the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategic HR planning, compliance management, government liaisoning, performance systems, and talent development. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, employee engagement, and organizational culture alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Skill Matrix

• Develop and maintain the HR Skill Matrix across departments.
  
• Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training or development programs.
  
• Ensure workforce data accuracy and update HR dashboards monthly.
  

2. Performance Management (PMS)

• Implement and manage PMS aligned with business goals.
  
• Facilitate KRA/KPI setting, performance tracking, and appraisal processes.
  
• Support managers in conducting evaluations and improvement plans.
  

3. Learning & Development

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare the annual L&D calendar.
  
• Coordinate internal/external training programs and measure effectiveness.
  

4. Compliance & Government Liaisoning

• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  
• Liaise with government and labour departments for inspections, renewals, and audits.
  
• Prepare and maintain all statutory reports and documentation.
  

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and execute engagement and recognition initiatives.
  
• Manage grievance redressal and promote a positive workplace environment.
  

6. HR Reporting & Analytics

• Generate monthly HR MIS covering manpower, attrition, training, and performance.
  
• Use HR analytics to support management decision-making.
