The Procurement Executive will be responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials for edible oil refineries producing Tocopherols, Fatty Acids, Distilled Fatty Acids, Phytosterols, Dimers, and other specialty chemicals. The role requires strong vendor management, supply chain coordination, and cost optimization expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement:
Source and purchase raw materials in line with production and quality requirements.
Inventory Management:
Monitor, control, and optimize inventory levels as per company standards.
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication, audits, and performance evaluations.
Vendor Development:
Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with operations and quality teams.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with production units and cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability.
Cost & Quality Optimization:
Negotiate effectively to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
