Role & responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing activities in alignment with brand and sales objectives. Support the execution of in-store visibility programs, POSM placement, and retailer activation plans. Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely execution. Liaise with vendors and creative teams for the development of trade marketing materials. Analyse market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities at the trade level. Manage trade budgets and track ROI on promotions and BTL campaigns. Provide support in new product launches and promotional rollouts across channels. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 25 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or channel marketing in the consumer goods, electrical, or retail industry. Strong understanding of retail dynamics, channel structures, and shopper behavior. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools for campaign tracking and reporting. Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
