Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the region.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our cable products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the cables industry or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the cables industry, including product specifications and market trends.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required.
