We are looking for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, maintaining accurate sales records, and converting leads into successful bookings. This position offers strong growth opportunities for driven candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and explain real estate projects to clients.
Conduct site visits and guide clients through location, features, and investment benefits.
Build strong relationships with potential buyers and ensure excellent client service.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate client data, documents, and daily sales reports.
Verify and update client information while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams for project details, inventory updates, and documentation.
Assist clients with booking forms, payment schedules, and post-sale support.
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 6 months to 4 years (Real Estate sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Comfortable working 6 days a week (Day Shift)
Passion for real estate and a strong desire to achieve sales targets
