Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, motivation, and goal-setting. Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales, including market research, customer engagement, and negotiation techniques. Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying/selling process. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
