Sales Executive

• Take daily orders from retail stores

  within the assigned route/territory and ensure accuracy in SKU, quantity, and pricing.

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers

• Ensure product availability

  in all assigned outlets and work to increase product visibility and shelf space.

• Collect cash and payments

• Promote new products and schemes

• Handle returns and replacements

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team

• Maintain accurate records

  of orders taken, collections made, and retailers visited daily.

• Follow company processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  13 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail order-taking is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Education: Graduate

• Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with retail shop owners.
• Basic product knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories.
• Good numerical skills for handling cash collection and billing.
• Ability to use mobile apps for order-taking, reporting, and route planning.

• Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
• Familiarity with the local market and retail network in the area.
• Ready to work long hours if required during month-end or peak demand.
