Take daily orders from retail stores within the assigned route/territory and ensure accuracy in SKU, quantity, and pricing. Maintain strong relationships with retailers , ensuring consistent communication, timely service, and addressing retailer concerns or complaints. Ensure product availability in all assigned outlets and work to increase product visibility and shelf space. Collect cash and payments from retail stores as per company guidelines and submit collections to the office on time. Meet daily and monthly sales targets , including coverage targets, order volume, and productivity standards. Promote new products and schemes , explain offers to retailers, and ensure proper execution of promotions. Handle returns and replacements as per company policy and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of orders taken, collections made, and retailers visited daily. Follow company processes , maintain discipline in route planning, reporting, and daily attendance. Uphold company image through professional behavior, punctuality, and good communication with customers. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 13 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail order-taking is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered. Education: Graduate Skills: Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to build strong relationships with retail shop owners. Basic product knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories. Good numerical skills for handling cash collection and billing. Ability to use mobile apps for order-taking, reporting, and route planning. Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Familiarity with the local market and retail network in the area. Ready to work long hours if required during month-end or peak demand.
