Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and production data. 7. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in electroplating technology and apply this knowledge to improve production processes. 8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, R&D, and other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient production operations. 9.
