Job Description

Objective:

To execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with regional goals, drive B2B and B2C sales in the cables segment, and contribute to profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the assigned territory.
Drive market programs and enhance market share in the cables segment.
Appoint and manage distributors, stock points, sub-dealers, and retailers.
Ensure trade discipline, product mix delivery, and distribution metrics.
Maintain market coverage norms and administrative compliance.
Build strong relationships with trade partners, contractors, and influencers.
Conduct negotiations and close sales orders effectively.
Forecast and track territory sales performance.
Map and cover the territory directly and through channel partners.
Support and train junior executives for future territory management roles.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience:
2-6 years in sales within the cables or related electrical industry.
Education:
B.Tech & Postgraduate (Additional)
