Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
civil procurement
including materials, contractors, and project-related purchases.
Handle procurement activities related to
services
, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Oversee procurement for
hospital-related items
, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Source and procure
packaging materials
as per business requirements.
Manage procurement of
spare parts for equipment and infrastructure
, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

Desired candidate:

Education:
B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) Any stream;
B.E. Civil
will be an added advantage.
Experience:
2 to 4 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
Exposure to
civil project procurement
and packaging industry.
Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple categories and prioritize tasks.
SAP – MM experience is must
