Leverage existing relationships and contractor networks to ensure continuous manpower availability. Develop and maintain a database of labour contractors, subcontractors, and agencies across Maharashtra and nearby regions. Negotiate and finalize cost-effective labour rates and contracts with clear deliverables and performance clauses. 2. Deployment & Resource Planning Forecast and plan labour requirements in coordination with Project Managers, General Managers, and Operations . Ensure timely deployment and mobilization of labour for all ongoing and upcoming sites. Allocate labour efficiently to balance workload and minimize idle time or overstaffing. Track attendance, productivity, and efficiency daily across sites through supervisors. 3. Billing & Payment Management: Oversee contractor billing processes, verify work completion, and ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain records and reconcile labour bills with actual site work. 4. Cost Control & Performance Monitoring Continuously monitor labour productivity to ensure output aligns with cost and project schedules. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising speed or quality. Analyze labour data and provide management reports on efficiency, costs, and workforce utilization. Prevent cost overruns, absenteeism, and delays through proactive management. 5. Compliance & Discipline Ensure all contractors comply with labour laws, safety norms, ESI/PF, and company standards. Maintain discipline and harmony among workforce at sites. Coordinate with HR for documentation, ID, and onboarding formalities of contract labour. 6. Coordination & Reporting Act as the single point of contact for all labour-related matters between sites, operations, and management.
