The Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution of high-rise structures and ultra-luxury villa projects. The role demands strong technical knowledge, labour management, finishing expertise, and coordination with design teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Manage on-site execution of structure, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, MEP, and high-end interior works.
Prepare daily micro-schedules and ensure smooth workflow for labour, contractors, and materials.
Review drawings, highlight discrepancies, and coordinate with architects/consultants.
Ensure top-quality finishing: marble laying, veneer, carpentry, lighting, false ceilings, bathrooms.
Monitor progress vs. schedule and update GM through daily/weekly reports.
Raise material indents in advance and coordinate with purchase for timely delivery.
Perform strict quality control checks and document inspection reports.
Validate RA bills, measurements, contractor work, and joint inspections.
Enforce safety standards and maintain site discipline.
