Project Engineer/Executive Govt. Tenders Quotations (Hose Hose Assemblies) Jobs In Chennai Project Engineer/Executive Govt. Tenders Quotations (Hose Hose Assemblies)

Key Performance Area:

Strong knowledge of AS9100-D and NADCAP standards and requirements
Monitor GeM, CPPP, and PSU portals to identify relevant tenders and maintain a centralized tender database
Track corrigenda, amendments, and updates issued by tender authorities to ensure compliance
Review tender eligibility, specifications, technical requirements, and terms; coordinate with Technical, QA, and Finance teams; highlight risks and deviations
Compile technical and commercial documents; prepare EOIs, PQ documents, technical bids, and price bids; ensure accurate and timely submissions
Coordinate costing processes; analyze historical tender pricing; prepare competitive and compliant quotations.
Liaise with tender authorities; attend pre-bid meetings; submit samples, drawings, and technical documents; track qualification/technical clearance and L1 status
Support negotiations, manage LOA/PO acceptance, and hand over orders to the execution team; maintain tender performance and win/loss analysis records
Maintain and update statutory documents (GST, MSME, ISO, AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
Organize and maintain digital and physical records of all tenders, bids, and correspondence
Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal departments and government authorities

Kannivakkam, Guduvanchery, Chennai 3 to 5 Years BE / B. Tech with similar experience
