Aaryan Devcon is a reputed real estate and construction group with over 30 years of legacy, specializing in tailor-made luxury bungalows and premium real estate projects for high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.

We are in an aggressive growth phase and looking for a visionary CFO who can build financial systems, manage investor relations, and drive the company toward 500 Cr+ revenue within the next 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth & Financial Leadership

• Work closely with the DirectorsIN to identify new revenue channels, optimize capital allocation, and maximize margins across projects.
• Build long-term financial models, ROI analyses, and risk management strategies for ongoing and upcoming developments.

2. Construction Cost Control & Site-Level Profitability

• Deeply understand project execution from BOQs, material consumption, and contractor billing to machinery usage — ensuring no leakage or manipulation.
• Audit and verify cost sheets, purchase orders, and contractor claims to ensure maximum profitability and zero wastage.
• Create systems that align the finance team with site engineers, purchase, and project managers for real-time cost control.

3. Project Financial Planning & Monitoring

• Implement project-wise financial tracking dashboards for daily updates on cost, cash flow, and profit margins.
• Create detailed financial forecasts for each site and monitor deviations proactively.
• Ensure DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and expense logs are financially validated and digitally integrated with ERP.

4. Fundraising, Investor Relations & Capital Structuring

• Manage and strengthen investor relationships, and assist in raising funds (equity and debt) for rapid expansion.
• Prepare investor decks, valuations, and MIS reports to present financial health and growth potential.
• Negotiate financial terms and capital deployment strategies with private equity and institutional partners.

5. Profit Optimization & Operational Efficiency

• Identify high-cost inefficiencies in purchase, subcontracting, and labor management — and convert them into savings.
• Redesign processes to increase net margins while maintaining quality and execution speed.
• Build incentive structures for internal teams to align financial discipline with project performance.

6. Compliance, Auditing & Financial Governance

• Oversee statutory audits, taxation, regulatory filings, and compliance with all local and national laws.
• Establish a robust internal control system that ensures financial transparency and accountability.
• Introduce quarterly performance reviews and profitability assessments across departments.

7. ERP & System Integration

• Lead financial digitization by integrating ERP/CRM systems (Protrak, Tally, Excel Automation).
• Develop a centralized financial dashboard to give the MD real-time data visibility across all 30+ sites.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent degree
• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in

  construction, infrastructure, or real estate

• Proven experience in

  fundraising, cost optimization, and financial system building

• Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, taxation, and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
