This senior leadership role provides a platform to contribute to the definition of the TPRM operating model, and then to build and lead a high performing team to manage the transition and ongoing delivery of services on behalf of our teams across EMEA and the APAC region initially. The role will broaden to cover other regions in MUFG through subsequent phases. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop a service function with TPRM capability to support the APAC and EMEA regions and execute the banks global TPRM strategy from MUFG Global Services ( MGS ), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements. This team will be a sub function of the TPRM teams that exists in the EMEA and APAC regions. Potential roll out of the function to support other regions in later phases.
