Job Description

Assist the Senior RMs in managing the relationships which includes but not restricted to the following tasks:

Manage day to day customers interactions.
To support RM s / Analysts / internal stake holders in collecting data from clients for the sake of Borrower Rating, Credit Application, KYC and so on.
To support and handle Credit related tasks, annual reviews, periodic monitoring, regulatory driven reporting etc.
Responsible for post sanction activities including documentation negotiation and execution.
Portfolio mining involving close collaboration with Product partners.
Co-ordinate for onboarding new customers and related documentation

Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Good Interpersonal skills with a positive attitude is welcome.
Good Understanding about Commercial banking, Credit, Trade finance products.
Proven ability to deal effectively with customer enquiries and ensure a timely and accurate response.
Good understanding of local financial regulations.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

Degree qualified. Preferably an CA / MBA
Desirable to have at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
