Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and growth journey. In this role, you will:

Steer capital strategy and design the financial playbook for scaling operations.

Calm investors and inspire confidence with your financial acumen and storytelling.

Lead fundraising efforts—from pitching to closing, ensuring smooth negotiations and favorable terms.

Manage investor relations (IR) with transparency and consistency in reporting.

Guide decentralized teams, coordinate across functions, and support fast-moving operations.

Travel for investor roadshows and be at the forefront of driving capital movement.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments and has the skills to scale big:

12+ years of proven experience in finance leadership roles.

Strong track record in fundraising, financial modeling, investor reporting, and closing term sheets.

Prior exposure to EV, clean-tech, or infrastructure industries is highly valued (or a strong curiosity to dive deep).

Currently a CFO or a CFO -1 ready to step up.

Strong academic background (Tier 1/2 institute preferred).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—fluent in investor language.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environments.
