Role Summary:

Sr. Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Coordinate and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and brand activation activities

• Support planning and execution of product launches and promotional events

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Field Marketing

• Conduct market visits to monitor branding execution and visibility

• Liaison with dealers, vendors, and channel partners for BTL activities

• Ensure brand presence and consistency across retail touchpoints

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain brand guidelines across showrooms, pop-ups, and display units

• Develop and implement attractive visual merchandising strategies

• Regularly audit store displays to ensure effective product representation

NSO (New Store Opening)

• Assist in planning and coordinating all marketing aspects of new store launches

• Ensure pre-launch branding, promotional material, and on-ground visibility

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless NSO execution

Marketing Logistics

• Manage inventory and logistics for marketing collaterals, giveaways, and branding materials

• Track distribution and usage of materials across field locations

• Coordinate with vendors for timely production and delivery of marketing assets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in field marketing, operations, or visual merchandising

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with retail and channel marketing is preferred

• Willingness to travel for on-ground execution and store support
