Job Description

Align Technology is looking for Total Rewards Partner to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in total rewards programs.
Design and implement new benefits and perks to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Manage and administer total rewards programs, including budgeting and forecasting.
Provide expert advice on total rewards best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement creative solutions to complex problems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with total rewards software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
