Key Responsibilities:

Company Leadership & Management:

• Act as the

  operational head of the company

  , overseeing all functions — Execution, Purchase, HR, Accounts, Billing, Operations, and Fleet.
• Build a

  performance-driven organizational culture

  that promotes accountability, communication, and ownership at every level.
• Represent the company internally and externally when required, ensuring consistent professionalism and reliability.
• Establish and enforce company-wide systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between departments so that decisions are implemented swiftly and accurately.

Operational Excellence:

• Monitor and manage all projects under Aaryan Devcon, ensuring

  quality, cost, and timeline targets

  are met.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and labour management to

  optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage.

• Lead coordination between

  Project Managers, General Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff

  to ensure execution discipline.
• Review performance reports, site progress, and financial health regularly — and make actionable decisions.

Financial & Strategic Oversight:

• Work closely with Billing and Accounts to

  monitor margins, cash flows, and payment schedules.

• Identify cost inefficiencies and introduce

  value engineering

  and

  cost-control mechanisms.

• Support management in preparing project feasibility, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Help in business expansion, new branch setup, and operational scaling strategies.

People & Process Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor second-line leadership in each department.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement measurable KPIs.
• Create an ecosystem where

  you and the MD only need strategic updates

Growth & Vision Execution:

• Execute the company’s growth roadmap from 75 crore to 500 crore turnover over 5 years.
• Drive operational innovation, digital systems, and process automation.
• Ensure brand reputation, client satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of the organization.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 15–25 years of experience in

  real estate / construction company leadership, operations, or P&L management.

• Proven record of running

  large-scale villa, residential, or commercial construction businesses.

• Deep understanding of

  project execution, procurement, finance, HR, and business operations.

• Strong leadership, delegation, and team-building capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic yet execution-oriented — can think like a COO, act like a CEO.
