Job Description

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and driving the companys sales strategy, business development initiatives, and revenue growth. This role requires a proven leader with strong strategic thinking, market understanding, and team management capabilities to expand business presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
