Sales Head

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and driven Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations across inbound, outbound, enterprise, and retail channels. You’ll drive revenue growth, manage high-ticket enterprise deals, and build a performance-driven sales team aligned with our ₹100 Cr mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales strategies across B2B, enterprise, and channel sales
• Lead, train, and scale a high-performing sales team across verticals
• Drive pipeline growth, lead qualification, and enterprise account management
• Close high-value deals in sectors like AI, media, architecture, and healthcare
• Oversee CRM workflows, sales analytics, and forecasting
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to maximize conversions and upsells
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships for recurring business

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years in tech sales, solution engineering, or IT infrastructure sales
• Deep understanding of custom PC hardware, servers, workstations, and NAS
• Proven success in enterprise sales, B2B negotiations, and key account closures
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Experience in pipeline management, territory planning, and sales forecasting
• Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
• Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Active LinkedIn presence and B2B relationship-building expertise

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
