Sales Head

As a Sales Manager for AI trained software systems targeting FIBC manufacturers in domestic and international markets, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by identifying new leads, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into successful deals. You will play a crucial role in expanding business in both markets, managing the complete sales cycle, and addressing the challenges faced by FIBC manufacturers, particularly in defect identification and financial losses. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. - Develop and execute strategies to expand business in domestic and international markets. - Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships. - Understand challenges faced by FIBC manufacturers, especially related to defect identification and financial losses. - Utilize sales data to create reports, review performance, and develop strategic sales forecasts. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: - Strong connections in the FIBC industry (domestic & international). - In-depth knowledge of FIBC products, markets, and sales trends. - Proven experience in selling FIBC products in domestic and international markets. - Ability to identify and address customer pain points, particularly regarding defect identification and associated losses. - Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills. - Excellent data analysis and strategic planning abilities for performance review and forecasting. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
