Position Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Vallarpadam- Work from Office Salary: Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 15,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will support the team members by assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include helping find and coordinate with vendors, reaching out to potential clients and other leads as per company needs, and acting as a reliable “go-to” person for running tasks and supporting various office functions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to vendors, clients, and potential leads based on company needs. Provide general support to all team members with daily operational and administrative tasks. Ensure smooth coordination and contribute to team efficiency. Key Requirements: Positive attitude and willingness to help. Good communication and coordination skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic computer operations. Proactive, sincere, and reliable in completing assigned tasks. Ability to multitask and support multiple people at once. Eager to learn, punctual, and takes initiative. A strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licenses are a plus.
