Role Overview: You will be joining Alliance Bernstein as an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the investment professionals. Your main responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing presentations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your role will require you to be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to daily inquiries and manage ongoing business needs with high-quality administrative support. - Coordinate and manage meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirming, and facilitating meetings, while anticipating needs and handling changes promptly. - Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues from other departments, interacting frequently with administrative assistants for senior management. - Gather, organize, and prepare materials for internal and external meetings. - Arrange domestic and international travel for business meetings and conferences. - Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents. - Assist with project coordination, event planning, and survey creation/distribution. - Manage requests for reports, ensuring timely processing and distribution. - Quickly learn internal systems such as intranet, shared working sites, expense reports, and service requests. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of administrative support experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High attention to detail. - Highly organized with strong time management skills. - Proactive team player capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. - Undergraduate degree. Preferred Qualification: - Financial Industry background.
