Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Annamalai University, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including organizing and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, assisting with executive administrative duties, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and relevant administrative tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
