Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing daily support to the team, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, creating reports, and maintaining organizational workflows. Additional responsibilities include managing communications, ensuring proper phone etiquette, keeping accurate records, and other clerical duties as needed to support smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and organizational tasks
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership roles efficiently
• Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic organization with a focus on innovation and space exploration
