Sales Head/Sales Executive for Manufacturing /Education Responsibilities Daily Calling: Make daily calls to potential leads, providing information, addressing queries, and guiding them through the sales process. Qualify and nurture leads: Engage with leads, qualify their needs and interests, and nurture them through the sales funnel using personalized communication and effective follow-up strategies. Informative Posts and Updates: Share informative and educational content related to service. Provide tips, insights, and industry news that will be valuable to right target audience. Student Testimonials and Case Studies: Share success stories, testimonials, and case studies from students who have attended the webinar/workshop successfully. Engage in Conversations: Actively participate in discussions on Social Media post. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a helpful manner. Engage with your audience by asking questions, seeking feedback, and encouraging conversations. Contests and Giveaways: Run social media contests or giveaways to create buzz around services. Encourage audience to engage with your content, share it, or tag friends to participate. Paid Advertising: Utilize targeted paid advertising on social media platforms to reach a wider audience. Use demographic and interest-based targeting options to ensure posted ads are seen by those most likely to be interested in the service. Sales target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and taking proactive measures to accelerate sales cycles. Market research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement, pricing optimization, and sales growth. Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with marketing, content development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging, optimal customer experience, and effective post-sales support. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended strategies for improvement. Qualifications Freshers or candidates with a bachelor’s degree can apply Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the skill development or training industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Sales expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, content marketing, social media marketing and email marketing. Skills: Excellent communication skills: Ability to deliver engaging sales presentations, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and build rapport with potential target audience. Result-oriented mindset: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and a proven ability to work independently while also being a team player. Target audience -centric approach: Demonstrated ability to understand Audiance needs, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies. Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
