Job Description

PRODUCT Knowledge Having the proper knowledge of the Brand Products

  • Understanding all the Features and ability to explain to customers / Trade Partners in simple terms

  • Sharing the Pricing with the Trade Partners / Customers

  • Selling the Product with good margins

Sale Target Setting up Targets for every month and trying to achive the same

  • Accordingly Talk to Channel Partners and understanding their requirements

  • Always planning and achive the Highest Sale Figure Comparing to last 5 years

  • Giving Daily Sale Report to the Senior

Collection If Any Outstandings are pending, need to collect maximum in three days

  • Company is practicing the Cash & Carry Policy - Bank Holidays can lead to follow up the Collection next day

New Trade Partners Finding the suitable Trade Partner for our Brand

  • Recruiting the New Trade Partners in all parts of the State

Old Trade Partners Regular Visits and Calls with the trade Partners

  • Visiting the Enquiries given by the Trade Partners and closing the Order

  • Taking Orders at regular intervals

  • Updating them with the latest Technologies used in Our Brand

  • Guide them to achive their Monthly Targets with our brand

Pricing Giving Pricing to the New Dealers as well to Old Dealers

  • Giving Pricing to the Technicians

  • Giving Pricing to the Customers

MOP ( Market Operating Price) Maintaining MOP in the Market is very essential among Trade Partners for better business atmosphere

  • Checking with the Dealers regularly to Maintain the MOP in the Market

Customers / Direct Calls / Cold Calling / Architects / Builders Cold Calling is the Prime Responsibilty for the Product moment in the Market

  • Understanding Customers Requirement and suggesting the required models

  • Attending Reference Calls given by the Management and suggesting the required models

  • Visiting Sites for understanding the Requirement Properly and also checking the feasability of the Placements of the Air Conditioners

  • Meeting Architect / builders and explaining them about the MHI and understanding their Requirements and providing the HVAC Solutions

  • Generating additonal Business via Cold Calling

Coordinating with Accounts Team Once the sale Order is approved by the senior, need to coordinate with the accounts team for further billing process

  • Giving them all the required documents for the Billing

Coordinating with Logistics Team Once the Billing is Completed, Will Coordinate with the Logistics Team for the delivery of the goods to Customers / Dealers

  • Arranging the required documents / Contact Details of the Customers ( Or Dealers)

Out Station Travelling Visiting the Dealer / Customers in the entire state

  • Every Month Touring is Compulsory to make sure we are in Touch with the Trade Partners for the smooth and regular Business

Customer Satisfaction After Sales, Calling Up the Customer for further Assistance Like arranging the Installation

  • Also talking to them for any further Referance

  • Any issue arises, Coordinating the issue with the concerned division for resolving the issue at the earliest

Invoice Verification After Billing the Sales Order, Verifying the Invoice

  • Sharing Invoice with the Customer / Dealer

Quotations Preparation of Quotations for the Customers as well for the Dealers

Training Giving Training for the new Sales Executives

  • Giving Training for the Dealer Sales Persons and Staff Members

Product Activity Doing Marketing Activities to Promote the Brand at various Areas

  • Monitoring Mr. Jangaiah's ( SubOrdinate) Marketing Activities like Kenopy Activities, Sub Dealer VisitsRole & responsibilities
