About Us:

Euro International School, Sikar, is one of the leading institutions in the region with a student strength of over 2000. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our admissions and outreach strategy.

Role Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving student admissions by leading and managing the entire sales function, which includes Telesales, Admission Counsellors, and Field Sales Executives. The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of educational sales, and the ability to work with data-driven tools like LeadSquared CRM and Google Sheets to monitor performance and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize student admissions across all channels
  • Lead and manage a team of:
  • Telesales Executives
  • Admission Counsellors
  • Field Sales Executives
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets and ensure achievement through proper planning and execution
  • Use LeadSquared CRM for lead management, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training to improve conversions
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with admission goals
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competition and improve school positioning
  • Ensure all team members utilize laptops and SIM cards (provided by the school) effectively for communication and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales CRM tools (preferably LeadSquared)
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets and CRM tools for data tracking, analysis, and driving data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
