Title: Sales Head
Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, maximizing effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. • Sales Strategy & Growth
• Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing channels.
• Identify trends, evaluate market opportunities, and recommend adjustments to strategies when needed.
• Revenue & Target Management
• Set ambitious, realistic sales goals; track performance metrics and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure sustained customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. • Training & Development
• Train new hires on sales methodologies, company tools, and best practices.
• Foster continuous improvement and share knowledge across the team.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Maintain sales dashboards and reports, analys key trends, and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree (MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of hitting targets and managing sales teams, ideally in recruitment , Staffing Industry .
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs.
