Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Formulate effective pricing, discount, and promotional strategies in coordination with management.

Training & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Facilitate skill development and training sessions for the sales workforce.

Client Relationship & Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and communication.
• promote brand presence, promote E-Commerce and Corporate Sales.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

• Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, emerging trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights to management for product development and positioning strategies.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, market trends, competition analysis and performance reports for management review.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Production, Design, Marketing, and Finance teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment, timely delivery, and post-sales support.
